Service Description. This Site describes Home Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-in Cleaning, Move-out Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Wall Cleaning, Maid Service provided by J Professional Cleaning. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. J Professional Cleaning (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. J Professional Cleaning reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

As-Is Basis. https://jprofessionalcleaningbroadlands.com is provided on an "as is" basis. J Professional Cleaning makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Cap on Damages. Liability of J Professional Cleaning arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold J Professional Cleaning harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of VA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in VA.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
